A freshie looking to learn and break into finance

Hi everyone, I’m new to the forum and recently came across this community while researching careers in finance. I’m a fresher and still in the early stages of understanding the industry, so I joined mainly to learn from the discussions and experiences shared here. From what I’ve seen so far, this seems like a great place to get real insights about different paths in finance and the skills needed to break in. I’m hoping to improve my understanding of the field, learn from people who are already in the industry and gradually build the knowledge needed to move in the right direction.
