Do a LinkedIn search, there are plenty of Vandy alums at BB's. As for what you need to do, it's the same as what anybody else has to. Use the searchbar and take a look at some interview guides online. You would ideally need a good GPA, interesting as well as relevant EC's, network your ass off (probably the most important), and of course be able to nail all fit and technical questions they can throw at you. Get going. Best of luck!
Your level of networking needed will depend on how attractive you are initially to recruiters. There are a number of students at Vandy who did very little networking and secured BB IBD positions. Others worked tirelessly and made it happen. In either case - it's a lot of work.
