Details of my achievements

The biggest of my achievements is my family. I have two kids and wife of who I am very proud.

My journey in adult life began with a move from Poland to Ireland. It has happened in 2006 on the end of my graduation on University Marii Curie Sklodowskiej. I graduated as master of science in general business after which I had to leave my two years old child and find a job in Ireland. The opportunity to fly to Ireland happened because of the Academic Horse Club Riding in which I was a member. Working in equestrian in Ireland was hard and good for the body.

Ireland was and is my hope for a better life for my family and me. Leaving my home country and finding a new home here in Ireland. It took a while to save enough money and bring the rest of my family to Ireland. After reuniting with family in Ireland my wife and I found jobs in Medical Devices sector called that time Lake Region (now Integer). I wish to add here that I am a loyal employee since that time which is now nearly 18 years.

My children are very good students and are achieving the high scores in schools. They both are good in maths and art as well in other subjects which make me proud dad and I hope to be able to fund their further third level education. For many years we have been attending Polish School in Waterford to cultivate our Polish roots. Our whole family is bilingual in high standard meaning.

In 2017 my biggest dream came true. I with my wife bought a house for our family in New Ross. Now we have place that we can call Our Home.

As above I decided to change my career path . I believe this education coupled with my current studies with ACCA & CAI provide me with a solid theoretical understanding of my preferred career. Due to my commitment and loyalty to my current employer I haven’t had the opportunity to gain practical experience in Accounting. However I want to access these opportunities in a graduate position where I can add value and be of assistance.

My skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, excellent analytical and problem-solving, paying close attention to detail, being an effective communicator and people person, having the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment as well as the fact that I am always willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Yours sincerely

Lech Koper
