EE Starting Technical Sales with Finance in the future?

Hey, all. I'm an Electrical Engineering student starting a career in Technical Sales for a large company at the end of this semester. Base pay is good and commission will be fine but I'm starting to look for what I want to do in 2-3 years to start networking and training. Finance can be a lot better money and is a lot more rewarding for top performers.

I love the can-do attitude here and how everyone takes ownership of their successes and failures so I'm looking forward to joining your ranks.

I have 2 years of web software development experience as well. I'll be doing a lot of reading to find a couple paths that look interesting to me but if you have any advice/suggestions I'd love some input.
