Finally created an account

Hello to all WSO members! I finally created an account yesterday, after knowing the forum for several years, so I figured the best way to start would be to introduce myself. I am Arthur, 24 years old senior about to graduate from a tiny university in Upstate NY (Siena College anyone?) My first encounter with finance (or rather accounting first) was during my first year of college, when I immediately became fascinated by financial analysis. Having always been very attracted to numbers (they're much easier to read than people), I became entirely devoted to the investment world, reading financial news every day and setting up simulation trading accounts on Stock-trak and the like. Now that I am a week from graduating, I have started looking for work in London, where it will be much easier to work as a French national than the US (basically no Visa/sponsorship requirement whatsoever). Even though I didn't get a summer internship program in one of the BB banks like most people do, I still have a little experience with a six months internship in the credit department of a small French private bank. I want to thank the entire WSO community for the pool of knowledge they have created and for all the help they have given over the years. I hope I can contribute to the community and help make it grow even more!

Arthur
