Finally Introducing Myself - CRE Investment Analyst

Hope everyone is doing well. I've been on the site for a little while now but forgot to introduce myself.

I graduated in May from a non-target in Maryland with my BS in Economics and a minor in Business. My resume has a little bit of everything: worked at a mortgage bank during high school -> worked on an Army project for one of the largest govn./defense contractors the summer after freshman year -> interned in the Retirement Plan Dept. for one of the biggest financial services firms from the spring of my sophomore year through the summer -> interned in the Real Estate & Development Dept. of one of the largest QSR chains in the world -> interned in the Finance Dept. of one of the largest Fleet Management companies in the world -> interned for the largest private CRE mortgage banking firm in the country

Since interning for the CRE mortgage banking company, I have become a F-T Investment Analyst and am enjoying myself. Hope to get to know some of you guys and if anyone is in the DC/Baltimore area and wants to grab a brew feel free to contact me.
