First Post

Just wanted to say hi to everyone and thank for all the resources this website provides.

Great insights into the industry and interesting blogs - makes me wonder where my knowledge would be at this point if I found out about this earlier (actually a friend who sent me a link of this website like a week ago is sitting with me right now).

About me - undergrad student at the (non UK) European business school, semi target I guess (some BBs and MBBs recruit here, not all). Career service here pretty much sucks... very much :( Did my IB spring week at BB (mid tier) and an IB summer internship at another BB (also mid tier i guess) this year. Looking forward to summer recruiting for 2013 and hopefully FT in 2014, when I expect to graduate. In addition, I'm looking forward to building up a reputable name in this community at the same time.

Again, many thanks for the inspirational posts and helpfull comments, I have already read quite a few great posts. However, awarding everyone with silver bananas might not be so easy, at least in the first few weeks.

Regards, Battleship

Belgium or Germany?

sorry Kejsaren, I'd rather keep it as "non UK, European" I think that it might be unwise to share too much info, especially since I plan to be regular visitor of these forums for next couple of years at least
