Green Card at RA vs Associate in BB

I have been a long time user of this forum and have always found the insights of some of the contributors invaluable. I received a recent offer at a top BB and am debating whether to accept. If anyone out there has any advice on the below I would appreciate it.

Background: I'm a foreigner with ~2 yrs left on an H1-B. I was an analyst at a BB for 3 yrs.

Current Position: Associate at RA that offered, in writing, to support and finance half of my part time MBA (if I went full time I'd graduate without a GC and 1 yr OPT and >2 yrs H1-B) and has already started my Green Card application.

New Offer: Recently, I received an associate offer at a top BB (GS/MS/JPM) that is starting a group in my area of expertise. This could be a great opportunity to move up and take on a lot more responsibility than the avg Associate.

Issue: However the offer at the BB does not come with a green card and after 2 yrs they'd probably have to relocate me for a year and bring me back on an inter company transfer Visa. This is very risky since this top BB only applies for a GC at the VP level and I am unlikely to reach it in 1yr and 8 mos.

Do any of you have some thoughts? The GC is a pretty big asset and the new offer seems like a great way up the ladder, but only if the group performs AND the transfer out and back to the U.S. works out.
