I've been lurking for a little while, but finally decided to join since the restrictions on guests were getting too annoying, hah.
A little bit about myself, I'm currently a junior going towards in finance. I know the odds of me breaking into IB is very slim, but I enjoy the finance field, so my path at the moment is probably joining some small firms as an analyst.
I am employed full time at a credit union, and while the field that I'm going into doesn't really relate, it at least gives me some experience into the banking world, if I ever decide going into commercial lending.
I will probably look into getting an MBA in one of the top schools, since my GPA is high and hopefully I'll be able to justify my entrance.
Since I'm constantly looking for any opportunity to increase my chances to break into the field, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
