About my background...hmm..no any finance-related internship experience, but some stupid research assistants of professors...

Actually the environment is quite tough in Taiwan, shrinking BB, horrible training in college, and poor information access here, I can only gather all of the relevant knowledge and info from Google, M&I, WSJ, and that's the kinda demanding works for not native in English like us.
