Indonesian female bankir is joining WSO

Hey everybody, google brought me here at WSO. I googled "Blog of female bankir" and WSO showed up. I didn't know and never heard anything about WSO before. However, after browse more about this forum, I think this site/forum is cool, trusted, and professional.

You can call me Beth,
I am a 1st year-junior associate at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is an own state bank in Indonesia which focus on micro financing. Though our company focus on micro financing, it doesn't mean that we don't targeting other segments. My company also do corporate financing and consumer banking (for example) to maximize the profit from loans and fee based income from banking services.

After my training period for almost 1 year, now I am in charge in loans administration division under risk management directorate. My responsibility is to analyze and make sure that all corporate loans application is inline with company's regulations and stick with the right procedure. You may say that banker in my division is the police and the last gate before the money dropped.

I graduated from University of Indonesia, majoring communication and focus on Public relation study. Though my bachelor degree have only slight relation in financial sector, I am eager to learn about this industry as much as I could. I hope you guys could help me to learn, to earn, and support my concern.

It is really nice to know you,
Thanks :)
