Introduction

Hello everyone,

It is a pleasure to be a part of this community. My name is Shirun. I joined in order to refresh and further build upon my knowledge of financial valuation. My goal is to take the skills I gain here and apply them towards my goal of working in investment banking or private equity. I spent the last 3 years or so working as a financial analyst first and then as an investment analyst for a real estate firm.

In all honesty, I feel as though I am a little behind. The courses in this community were highly recommend to me as a means of refocusing my career in a way that allows me to maximize my potential and make a profound impact throughout my career in finance. I humbly admit that I am quite nervous for what lay ahead. Still, I am confident that with the proper education and conviction, I can grow into the man I aim to become.

I am excited to be welcomed into this community and I look forward to engaging with you all along the way.

Thank you,

Shirun
