Hello,
I'm a fourth-year student attending University of Waterloo in Canada in search of full-time employment.
Despite my major in Engineering, through the school's co-op program, I have 6 work term placement experiences, of which I had the privilege of working across the world in Japan and Korea, and have near 3 years of full-time experience in R&D, patents, financial risk management, investment consulting, and management consulting.
Unfortunately, most of my experiences are "indirect" and my resume still get screened out from major banks alike, and I am constantly seeking tips and helps on getting in the door.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
