Mid-twenties guy looking for roommate in Financial District NYC

25-year-old male, moved here from San Francisco three months ago and started a new job at ad tech co last month. I'm looking for a room or roommate to sign a new long-term lease (1-year minimum) in the Financial District. I'm clean, respectful and easy going. I stay pretty busy during the week - working, reading, events, etc. I like exploring the city/meeting up with friends on weekends (dinner, bars, museums, parks, sports, etc)
