Moving from Morgan Stanley Operations to Finance Control Group
I have a question:
I currently was hired in the Baltimore office of morgann Stanley in their operations division. Got an email te other day about their mobility program. If you work there for 18 months you are eligible to move to other departments. I eventually want to move to the Finance Control Group. My last position was in Finance and accounting as well. They've been moving position from NYC to this office. How hard is it to move from Operations to FCG?
Thanks
I can't imagine it would be that difficult to move from an Ops function to a controllers function, assuming you're a decent employee. There's probably a decent amount of overlap
I know a guy who did MS Ops in Bmore. Lasted 10 months. He's a financial rep at Fidelity now.
