Newbie confused! Need advice&help!

Hi everybody! I'm from Moscow,Russia.
I'm doing Masters degree in France(semi finance semi management),the program is 13 in FT rankings in EU.My Bachelor is Finance(5th in Russia).I have summer internship in Moscow based Investment bank in IBD.

So,I'm now applying summer internship IBD,but I don't where to apply.
Paris,London or Moscow? Where do I have more chances in terms of each step of application?Where can I get offer after?
