Newbie here to learn about commercial real estate
Hi there,
I'm not a wall street guy - I'm interested in commercial real estate. There are some good articles on this site about commercial real estate, so that is why I joined.
My background is in residential real estate investment. I have fixed and flipped houses as well as managed over 50 units for rental.
I have an MBA from a top-10 school and an engineering degree.
