Non-Target looking (3.8 GPA) for any advice/tips/mentors

I'm a finance undergrad attending a non-target in the PNW. Our alumni network in higher careers in finance is pretty nonexistent. I am currently trying to figure out what interests me and would love to hear from anyone in the industry and their thoughts on how to narrow down what I want, and also about their current positions.
