There is a lot of "space" on your resume. I would reduce some wordage from the fraternity section and bolster your work experience with more tangible, measurable examples of success. Also, add more personal information (i.e. languages, interests, etc.)

I like the format of your CV. Everything is done in one page.
I would immediately delete any email with an attachment called "ResumePDF.pdf". It's 2013; that level of computer illiteracy is unacceptable.
Put education at the top of your resume.
