RE Financial Modeling

A buddy mentioned the Adventures in CRE Accelerator program to me a couple months back and after some time listening to their podcast and watching a couple of their Youtube tutorials, I decided to go for it.

With that being said, I definitely do better in a group learning setting where people can bounce ideas/questions off one another. So if there's anyone else who recently bought or isn't too far along that would want to form a "study group" via Zoom, let me know. Also, I'm in DC if there are people who'd feel comfortable masking up and going through it in person.
