I would add some color to this and say it really depends. Usually, I tend to screw up things like chocolate chip cookies. I don't know why, but I just can't get them right sometimes! I am pretty good with scrambled eggs and Ramen noodles though. General Mills and Lieutenant Pillsbury broke in directly from the Army, so I really don't think test scores hold much weight.

Generally speaking because of the nature of recruiting analysts will have high scores due to most of them getting into target schools.

That being said, we are far from the smartest in the field. Beyond analyst recruiting, backgrounds will vary pretty wildly.
