Undergrad Student (Newbie)

Hi Everyone, I am 24 year old junior at a non-target school in CT (Quinnipiac University) majoring in Finance with a minor in Mathematics. I left my first college at 19 with no sense of direction or understanding of where I wanted to go in life and to me it made more sense finding an industry or field I wanted to work in first before spending ridiculous amounts of money on school. I ended up getting a six month associate position at a branding/ad agency in NYC where I was first exposed to finance and business in general. After about of year of working I decided to go back to school for finance and am currently holding a 3.6 gpa and have been accepted into QU's MBA program.

Im here to learn as much as I can from this community and to understand the best way for an individual from a non-target to achieve a great career at an IB or HF.
