What good is a four month gig? You cannot even sign a lease? Why are these companies getting 30% of your paycheck?

Why are we saying yes to foreign or wall street traded companies taking thirty percent of our wages for processing a paycheck. Why are companies not forced to direct hire for temporary employment? Why can we not negotiate for compensation for lost benefits? The company saves we starve? Why is the US congress not outlawing extortion like this? These are not even US companies and the only one benefiting are a bunch of shareholders in a company with no one who even has any skill that they market. You are the skilled worker why are you giving up a third of your pretax paycheck. They get more than the government and at least the government offers you medical and retirement minimal as SS is .. you get something for their third. What do you get from this sham deal with a company taking a cut to help the employer avoid paying you overtime and benefits? Nothing. Time to stand up for ourselves.
