Why I joined WSO and good reads

Hello everyone,

My name is Adrian and I am a fourth year student. I have been reading WSO for a while, but I never became a member seeing as I had no questions and I was going on the site purely for my personal enjoyment. But times change, and I am on the fringe of finishing my Bachelor of Commerce and along with this change I have been active in the job market. Therefore it was only logical that I create an account to ask people more experienced than myself in the real estate finance and the investment banking industry.

Another reason for this post is to ask some good reads which are relevant to the real estate industry. Any good suggestions that may have relevance to a new graduate.

I look forward to conversing with many of you in the future and reading some exciting and educational forums.

Generally agree, except in cases like mine.
