Yo and hi

Hi all,

New user, obviously. Ive just graduated (finance/business) from a foreign (South African) university (end of 2014), and now living in NYC. We dont have internship programs there, so Im a real neophyte. Ive been trading successfully from a young age but no industry experience. I applied to about a hundred jobs at big banks (Im not overly familiar with all of the taxonomy) before realizing that my best bet is at smaller firms with dynamic hiring processes. Im not 100% sure what I want to do, but I know Id be good at equity research or anything that involved idea generation.
