Wondering if anyone has experience with this? My contract for employment is up on September 30 and I have a business break clause where if I'm terminated from employment I can terminate my lease with 2 months notice. With this in mind, do you think I can argue that my company won't extend me and serve notice now? i.e. last day of rent will be Aug 24?
