Yeah, I have been hearing about this. Honestly, just avoid poor areas like a plague. People wonder why there is this segregation among classes going on. Stupid kids have been doing this in Chicago for a number of years now. The police/media do not usually characterize it as playing a game, hoping to avoid copycats. There was a big case in 2012 where a victim died. Of course, the three idiots that did it made a cellphone video and posted it on Facebook.
