For those of you that made the change from working in the US (as a US citizen) to a role in another country, what was that process like? What has your experience been working abroad?
Anecdotally, most people I know that made this change seemed to have gotten their MBA outside the US and then used that to secure a role in a non-US country. While I need to do more research myself, it seems like it’s pretty difficult to get a work visa? I imagine a second language is also pretty critical, save for maybe London?
