Gyms in the City of London

What are the best gyms in the city or how good are the ones I see often such as Gymbox, Virgin etc if we go by the following criteria: facilities and equipment the classes they offer how busy they get in the early morning since I prefer to get a work out in then Prices and value for money Thank you!

Third Space is a decent gym tbf. It’s ~£200 p/m and ~£230 p/m for multiple gym membership (varies slightly for different areas). I can’t speak for other gyms classes but Third Space’s classes are the only class I’ve enjoyed at a gym. Idk where in London your office is or what side of London you live but they have gyms in Canary Wharf, Mayfair (near Curzon St), Soho (near Brewer St), Fenchurch St, Moorgate, Islington and some more areas. They’ve recently opened one in Battersea earlier this year.

The only downside imo is that it’s not 24 hours. Could be an issue if you plan to go gym before work. Opening times are 6am - 10pm on most days except weekends where opening hours are shorter.

Edit: they’ve got a 20m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, yoga + Pilates room, changing rooms that come with towels, iron boards, hair dryers & hair straighteners — you have to pay monthly for the locker, some branches like Canary Wharf and City have a medical room which is open to both members and non members (I used the CW one when I pulled my groin last summer, as I was a member there). Some gyms also have a spa if you’re into that type of stuff.
