I don't know how homeless people survive

Honestly, what a nightmare. They don't have an address so they can't get a job. I've been living downtown for 1.5yrs in my city and it just breaks my heart seeing homeless people. We need to have some sort of system that helps homeless people nationwide. An agency. We can't treat our own US Citizens and Veterans like this.
