Incoming FT NYC Apartment

Hey everyone,

I know there are a lot of incoming FT analysts that are getting ready to start their careers in NYC in IBD. I am wondering what you guys are doing in terms of apartments.

As of right now I am expected to begin at the end on June at a BB (no delays or anything as of the moment). Should I just proceed as normal and get an apartment sometime at the end of May/beginning of June securing a July 1st move in date? I really do not want to be caught off guard in terms of this because I am aware that the rental market in NY can be quite hectic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Was confirmed that my start date will not be pushed back. Looking like virtual training though
