I am looking for a flatmate to move into a flat with ideally by end of April / early May (potentially flexible around these dates - can discuss).
I am currently an associate working in an investment bank in the City so ideally the flat will be c.20mins away or so by walking or public transport from the City.
My Stats: 27 Yo, Male, do not smoke, do not drink, no pets, tidy and organised
Reason for move: I had a flatmate for the past 3 years but he is going to move in with his girlfriend in the next couple of months
Budget: c.1k all-in for my share (so we can go up to c.2k for the flat).
