I've been looking on gumtree but it seems like most people look for a roommate right now. When do you think it makes sense to actually start contacting people for a July start date? Also, how far of a commute is bearable? Is 30 minutes door-to-door with the tube okay?
30 mins is the top end, just think about that extra 20 mins of sleep you'd get by living 10 mins closer.
