Hello,
I am thinking of buying my first apartment within the next 12 months or so. This is for me to live in, but I might also consider buy to let at some point, even though I'm not a big fan of this right now. Since I never owned any real estate I feel I should learn a bit about the fundamentals, i.e. how to assess real estate, how to think about mortgages, etc. Are there any books or other information sources you can recommend? This should be focused on UK.
