Nyc is good
Private equity fund with office in Midtown, we’ve signaled full steam ahead back in office after Labor Day. Our associates have been kind of scattered, maybe 50% stayed in NYC and the rest typically went back home and stayed with family. I’m checking out leases now and planning to move back around Memorial Day and enjoy the summer in NY ahead of the return to office
from somewhere so not sure how it works in nyc - should I be looking 2 months before move-in day. So labor day move in -> start looking around July?
