Just call them until you get someone on the phone? What can possibly be so hard about this?
To be fair, due to UK lockdown, many uni phone lines have been shut and only email comms are open. However, I find it an impossibility that OP cannot just find an email address (literally any within reason) ask that person/team who to contact and go from there. This is not hard.
Tried that, literally get that it can take up to 5 business days to respond and they have not responded for weeks

See if you can find any administrators on LinkedIn and message them there as well.
Try phoning/emailing your Dept's Director of Undergrad Studies or Personal Tutor - assuming you weren't a complete idiot and were generally nice to the staff, they'll almost certainly feel obliged to help you in dealing with registry.
