Depends where you live, where you work, where you went to college, and where you go to grad school, and how good you are at tinder. More importantly you're 22, have some fun.

At 22, few people will be particularly intellectually stimulating. Intellect is more a function of accumulated life experiences than book smarts. Even though at 22 you are probably almost done with your formal learning, you, and the girls you're seeing, need to experience failures and successes and practical application of the things you've learned before you can be "intellectually stimulating".

Your intellect, and that of the girls you date, will increase noticeably as you get older. At 22 it's more important to start looking for other traits you'll want in a girl, such as kindness, work ethic, humor, and self-esteem. And have fun with the girls that, even without those traits, are still young and beautiful.

(I'm not that much older than you, to be fair, but that's my $.02)

It's difficult to find someone intellectually stimulating, period. You have to go where the intellectuals are. Try volunteering with a political group you're interested in. That's where I've seen the more intelligent girls. Definitely helps if you're socialist or libertarian.

Honestly, no intellectually stimulating girl is going to be with a guy who writes off all the females around him as dorkbots. At 22, you're probably not that intellectually stimulating yourself - take rhen's advice above.

You are looking for intellectually stimulating girls at 22? At 22, I was looking for girls that were dumb as rocks.. Those were the sluttiest

This is a very astute observation. It's a combination of life experiences that create the most stimulating people-almost like a fine wine that gets better with age.

When we got married, my wife and I were fairly young by today's standards (she is also 4 years younger than me) and even though I found her fascinating/stimulating while we were dating and at the time we got married, that "girl" pales into comparison to the "woman" she's become with the nearly three years of life experiences since we've been married.

Although, to be fair, I'm sure being married to me would age anyone at 5x the normal rate.

Bottom line-don't worry, girls you meet who are single and worthwhile long term are distributed along a bell curve by age and 22 is def a few years off from being the center.
