Advice Needed! Financial Service vs Retail vs Tech

Hello!

I've been fortunate enough to receive multiple offers but I can't decide which might be best for me. I'm a recent grad from a decent school (non target program with an average GPA)

  1. Financial Services (i.e. American Express)

- Project Management - High Starting Salary + Great Benefits + Great Hours - Career Progression: manage a team + global marketing campaigns.

  1. Retail (i.e. Amazon)

- Operations - Good Starting Salary (significant increase with promotions) - Career Progression: manage P&L of a $1M+ department OR manage a large team.

  1. Tech (i.e. LinkedIn) - Expecting to receive an offer... fingers crossed

- Marketing - Good Starting Salary + Great Benefits - Career Progression: manage a global team + global marketing projects.

Here's what I want in the long-term: - MBA from a M7. - High-level analytical, marketing or product management position - in tech or finance - Possibility to switch into consulting

Any advice or help is appreciated!
