Southwest Airlines offered five flights today that provided customers with the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the solar eclipse throughout the US. All flights were sold out and included viewing glasses and cosmic cocktails. The demand for flights surged today. However, other industries expected to lose almost $700 million USD due to lower productivity today, as employees went outside to watch the skies.
