Are there any roles that deal specifically with the privatization of SOEs or government assets?
I know that the IMF, through the SAPs (structural adjustment programs) and technical assistance that they offer to countries, often recommends the privatization of government assets, but are there other parties that are frequently involved in such a process besides the government?
