Assessment Centre after spring week of citi
Hi guys. Anyone can share their spring insight program experience at Citi? Can we choose the division again before the assessment centre? How's the conversion rate for each divison?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the Citigroup Summer Sophomore Leadership Program is quite competitive. There were over 3000 applicants for just 36 spots, which means the acceptance rate is about 1%. However, I don't have specific information about the conversion rate for each division or the ability to choose the division again before the assessment centre.
