Audit vs Accounting Advisory, which one is better?

I recently just got an offer from one of Big 4 for Audit Associate position. On the other hand, one of my former lecturer told me that another Big 4 is hiring for the position of Accounting Advisory Associate and she said if I am interested, she would forwarded me to one of the partner in the firm. Actually I considered this to be a very difficult choice to make. My overall career strategy as for now would be that I want to start as a generalist then work my way to be a specialist. My main concern with audit is that people say that it's a good career launchpad, but dread the administrative aspect and the low pay of it. I don't actually mind working long hours. So which one is actually better, in short and long term, is it audit of accounting advisory?
