BB senior relationship management (SRM) - exit opps, pay, etc?

Anyone have any experience as an analyst in SRM at a BB or have know how of the position? I know it is said be a platform to network to other positions in the bank - anyone know how true this is? How do business schools view this position? What is pay like? Exit opps? Thanks!
