Best Operations Analyst Program

i would have to say UBS has the best operations program. the internal mobility and exit ops are remarkable. after an ops stint there you can go into IT, become a controller, work in HR, become a chef in the firm cafeteria, or even compliance. the opportunities are limitless my friend.

I'm making it up as I go along.

I would agree on that UBS has one of the best, the internal mobility is excellent, after the first two years in which you are bogged down by then grad program.

I got an offer from Citigroup for their operations as well. Where are you placed, and what's your starting salary if you don't mind me asking?

Exit opportunities: Further into operations, unemployed, operations at other banks Mobility: None

Salary is 55k. Wow per hour of work is higher than IBD!

Don't do operations if you can' thelp it.

Credit Suisse has an operations program that is growing in strength. If you are interested in this field, certainly give them a nice look over. For reference, salary appears to be averaging around $53K there, maxing around $65K.
