i would have to say UBS has the best operations program. the internal mobility and exit ops are remarkable. after an ops stint there you can go into IT, become a controller, work in HR, become a chef in the firm cafeteria, or even compliance. the opportunities are limitless my friend.

Does anyone know much about Citi's Operations Analyst program? Obviously Citi isn't doing so hot right now, but how are the exit opportunities and exit mobility? I have an offer that I am contemplating...

xyang01I got an offer from Citigroup for their operations as well. Where are you placed, and what's your starting salary if you don't mind me asking?

Your offer should say the salary

Credit Suisse has an operations program that is growing in strength. If you are interested in this field, certainly give them a nice look over. For reference, salary appears to be averaging around $53K there, maxing around $65K.
