Big 4 Grad scheme- Need Advice

Hey guys. I’ve started a Grad Scheme at a Big 4 a few weeks ago, and I’m already 100% regretting it. I really really dislike the job and I am getting really emotionally hurt because of it. Now before anyone says ‘give the job a chance’- yes, I will do that. However, it is also true that you pretty much completely often know if you like a job or not, and I am certain that this is a job that I really don’t like.Well, how do I know? Well, because of so many seniors etc that I’ve spoken to- it’s known for being a boring and not very skilled job, even at higher levels. Of course, I understand that at the beginning you’re always given boring tasks. But my point is, that the job ITSELF is boring and menial and not very skilled and looked down upon.

Anyways, where am I getting at? I just need some advice… what shall I do? I would love to apply to other grad roles but I am scared it would look bad if I have only stayed in a job for such a little amount of time. Would employers care? Is it worth it to apply or nah? What about lateral moves to other teams I’m more interested in? Is this potentially a possibility within the Big 4? (Please don’t give HR answers. Anecdotal answers would be nice).

Thanks all!
