So if they are all bulge brackets the bigger question is "What do you want to do"
When you go into ECM your options are not as strong because you have no TRANSACTIONAL experience it is all raising capital. So that crushes your PE exit opportunities out the gate.
Now if you are talking about SA's the best way to view it is "where will I get the best offer" in general If you get BB offers across all different product groups you're safer choosing M&A or healthcare/tech/consumer/industrials.... so you get some sort of exposure to live transactions.
Short Answer - Take the BB that is Industry/M&A specific that you believe has a high chance of landing you an offer.

It'd be easier to lateral over to a coverage group at a "better" bank if you're already in that coverage group, regardless of where you're at (unless there is a huge discrepancy in the quality of the banks, which isn't the case if both are bulge brackets).
