I know a guy at Mck. and I was told that first year as a consultant w/out an mba is ~70k, w/ an mba is between 100 and 150k all in.

Out of curiosity, if you are promoted from an undergraduate consultant-->senior level/same title as first year-mba, would the compensation and pay grade be the same as the first year-MBA?

I've heard street is ~225 all-in and 50 signing
That doesn't seem out of line considering last year's salaries...
