Exit opportunities from F500 roles? (esp. --> B-School)

Hello all,

I was hoping that someone could shed some light on what types of exit opportunities are likely from F500 roles that someone who joined out of undergrad might have. For example, how do large CPG companies place into business schools? Do such companies typically not sponsor employees for MBAs? Which companies offer the best meritocratic environment and room for rapid career growth and promotion?
