Factset Research Systems?

I'm spoken with recruiters from Factset a couple of times now and am interested in the company. They have a financial consulting position that they hire recent graduates for. This is most likely the position that I would be going after. I'm hoping to work out of their San Mateo Office and I was hoping someone would shed some light on how much they are paid. I checked out glassdoor but I don't know if that information if pre-recession or not.

I'm also wondering where a 2-3 year stint with the firm would lead me. Could I go to hedge fund or would I have to go back to school to go anywhere?

I would most likely be a level II CFA by that point as well.
