Feedback on Private credit Debt offerings from Percent dot com

I would like to get Feedback on Private credit Debt offerings from www.percent (dot) com from any investors. They seem to offer a good risk adjusted return as most of their offerings offer 12-20% monthly return on a 9 month period with a low default rate of less than 2%.

This quarters bank earnings reported so far did not show any big jump in default rates and bad debts written off from banks however they are required to maintain higher reserves for future loan loss provisions. Any thoughts on credit risk over next 3-12 months? Any links to 3rd party reports would be helpful.

Thanks,

Amit
